I work with contractors in complex transport infrastructure projects — rail, bus facilities and advanced underground structures. My focus is on creating the structure that allows experienced teams to perform at their best.

Successful infrastructure delivery rarely comes down to technical capability alone. It comes from clear structure, aligned priorities and a leadership team that can act decisively under pressure.
I combine experience from contractor, client and programme environments. I understand Swedish standards, public procurement frameworks and the dynamics of major public infrastructure investments — and I use that understanding to help projects move forward with confidence.

I operate primarily within the Swedish infrastructure sector, where I understand the interaction between contractor and public client, the logic of AB/ABT frameworks, and the cultural expectations that shape delivery environments here.
For engagements involving interface management or conflict resolution across organisations, I also work within broader European infrastructure contexts where delivery complexity calls for structured, senior involvement.
Engagements can be long-term or focused — shorter involvement is fully possible when scope is clearly defined from the outset.
